The "Norway China Hydrogen Seminar 2024" is designed to strengthen collaboration between Norway and China in the hydrogen sector. This half-day seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the Westin Hotel in Shanghai and will conclude with a reception dinner. The event is co-organized by the Consulate General in Shanghai, Innovation Norway, and the Norwegian Business Association China.
The 2024 Norway China Hydrogen Seminar provides a platform for stakeholders to exchange knowledge, explore solutions, and discuss the growth and challenges of the hydrogen sector. This event will bring together industry experts, government officials, and key decision-makers from both countries, fostering an environment for dialogue and potential partnerships.
The day's agenda is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the hydrogen landscape, from global trends outlined in the Hydrogen Outlook 2050 to specific insights into local and international market developments. Discussions will also delve into the latest advancements in hydrogen technology, including presentations on green maritime initiatives and hydrogen storage solutions. The seminar will also look into at Shanghai's development plans for hydrogen energy, a comparative exploration of Norway's initiatives, and expert sessions on cutting-edge applications such as hydrogen vessel design and maritime integrations.

Join us on 25 September for an exclusive visit to the Jiading Hydrogen Zone in Shanghai, a key center for China's hydrogen industry. This event provides a unique opportunity to explore Shanghai's leading hydrogen initiatives and gain insights into the rapid development and future projects in this sector. As part of the visit, we will also have a copmany visit to the Shanghai Hydrogen Propulsion Technology Co., Ltd. (SHPT), a high-tech enterprise at the forefront of fuel cell technology.
